CIVIL
- Foundation: Normal isolated, Combined of footing/two-way strip as applicable as per soil exploration.
- The Structure is a frame structure with seismic resistance.

- Wall:
All exterior walls should be 200mm thick with normal traditional kiln burnt brick/fly ash brick.
All partition walls should be 125mm thick with normal traditional kiln burnt brick/fly ash brick. - All outside walls will be finished with plaster and cement-based paint.
- Roof treatment: Average 40mm thick (1:2:4 concrete) with neat cementing.
- A collapsible/grill gate will be provided at the main entrance of the building. An ornamental grill will be provided at the stair railing.
